Video Counselling Session Rates
Email me to set up an Individual or Couples Remote Video Counselling session via Zoom. Include in the email your time zone as well as suitable times for Zoom sessions. Video Counselling sessions are charged at R 600.00 per 30 to 40 min session or R 2800 for 5 sessions. Video Counselling sessions are prepaid and appointments are confirmed when proof of payment is received via email. Most Medical Aids cover Telehealth and Online Video Counselling sessions. Medical Aid patients can consult via Live Online Video Counselling Sessions.
Cognitive Therapy Rates
Option 1: Cash/Debit/ Credit Card
Consultation fees for individual therapy is charged at R 1050.00 for a 51 – 60 min consultation.
Clients will be issued with an invoice which they can submit to their medical aid for reimbursement.
Please note that patients should inquire from their medical aid what rate the aid will cover for the therapy. Accounts are to be settled on or before each consultation. On this option the practice does not submit claims to Medical Aids, it is the responsibility of the member to do so.
Option 2: Medical Aid Patients
The practice can claim from the patients’s Medical Aid
Consultation fees are charged at the medical aid rate for a 51 – 60 min consultation.
The practice claims from the client’s medical aid. This option is subject to the availability of funds in the clients savings account and or medical aid benefit schedule for psychological services. Each medical aid determines their own rate.
If medical aid funds are not sufficient payment option 1 will be followed.
These rates are within what most medical aids cover for psychological services. Please note that the responsibility rests on the client to contact their medical aid to enquire about the benefits their medical aid plan provides for psychological treatment.
Neuro Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (NCST)
Neuro Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (NCST) sessions are charged at R 1 500.00 per 51- 60 min session. Fee for the course of 12 sessions is R 14 000.00 if paid in advance. A summary progress report can be requested at the end of the course of therapy at R 3500.00. An all inclusive fee of R 16 000.00 is charged for the full course of therapy, material and a summary progress report.
Neuropsychological Screening Evaluation (NSE)
The fee for a Neuropsychological Screening Evaluation (NSE) and summary report is R 3 500.00
Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation (CNE)
The fee for a Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation (CNE) and full report is R21 000.00
Comprehensive Psycho-legal Assessment (CPA)
After downloading the referral form here email the form to the practice to request a quotation for a Comprehensive Psycho Legal Assessment (CPA) and report.
